My 2 docs are good with regular thyroid issues but neither understood rt3 ratio issues at all. Neither were willing to put me on T3 only so I took matters into my own hands in May. I see one of my docs in 2 weeks and he's sure to ask which meds I'm taking to update his files. Should I tell him I couldn't get any help with rt3 issue and went on my own with T3? Should I tell him I ordered my own meds? If not, what should I tell him because eventually one of these doctors is going to want to take thyroid tests again because last they knew I was taking Naturethroid that they had prescribed. I need to know how my thyroid is doing but am concerned these docs will tell me they aren't willing to continue being my doctor since I'm not following their directions regarding taking Naturethroid.
