Guest guest
I can't speak to trouble taking deep breaths, haven't had that problem but if your tired I'm wondering if you need to dose up further on T3? My ferritin and b12 are good but when I start getting tired I dose up a bit until the symptoms are gone. Glad you finally got your meds Joan;-)<<Posted by: "Joan Krupicka" krupickajoan@... krupickajoanThu Jun 10, 2010 10:04 am (PDT)Maureen, I have trouble taking deep breaths. Even while resting, although I do much better when I'm lying down for the night and totally relaxing. I'm reversing....ratio 12.14 now. I'm on ferritin, and taking b12 shots. (In past two weeks). Just started on Cytomel Saturday. Just up to 25 mcg per day now....temps stable and coming up some! I'm just soooo tired! Morning are the worst. I don't have any weird cravings. I'm guessing mine is from hypo. How long did it take you to get yours straight from hypo? I NEED A LIFE! So tired of not having one! Any words of encouragement youhave are coveted! My symptoms are: fatigue, brain fog, air hunger, feeling like someone stuffed my head with socks, and mild depression. >> Kem in Eugene <º)))><
Guest guest
Kem, I upped it by 5 mcg today....on Diane's advice. I'm wondering, too. Also wondering if I need to up HC? Just wiped out and foggy. When you say tired, do you mean like just feeling draggy like you can't get out of bed? That's me! Subject: Re: Diane...What do you think? Guest guest
" I'm already dosing up to 87.5 mcg of T3 4 X a day and it hasn't even been a month on it for me. " This statement says it all. It takes 12 weeks to clear RT3 from the receptors so it CAN work, While waiting through this TIME I do not believe super high doses are needed nor valuable. Is 87.5 a total for the day or what you are taking four TIMES a day? If taking that much at each dose, ti is TOO MUCH (unless SR) and beating nervous system and adrenals hard. When T3 pools in the blood it can look wonderful but if RT3 is still scrammed in the receptors, you will not get energy form it,. Just a nervous expression and sometimes a high pulse as heart tissue so particularly susceptiblek to T3 in the blood. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
