Guest guest
Dose of T3 at bedtime " 15% to 25% of your days dose seems to work for a lot of people " from Nick's post: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/message/42018 Many people find a " lights out " dose of T3 helps them sleep. A few find that it does not. I don't know about a melatonin/HC interaction. I hope someone more knowledgeable about this will respond to your question. > > last year i think i read that if one takes hc before going to bed it helps them sleep . How much should one take? also how do you dose your t3? i have the feeling it keeps me awake if taken in the evening. (my present dosage is hc =35mg and t3 40mcg. > > i manage to get to sleep but wake up every night after 4 or 5 hours and take melatonin . i take a good dinner but to no avail. can you explain how the hc works to help you sleep? especially cos i take melatonin ( and valium) to help me sleep. are melatonin and hc not antagonists?? > thanks berny >
