Guest guest
The Ancient Minerals website says there is no harm in using more mag oil. They say if you put more on than you need, you just won't absorb it. " Is there a maximum daily limit for using Ancient Minerals topically? No. As mentioned before, the skin has a unique ability to self-regulate absorption, and therefore overuse is of little concern. I have a Chelated mutli-mineral that was recommended by a acupuncturist, however, it has iodine in it. Guest guest
TY. I rubbed quite a bit in this morning, and I will do that for a few days and see. It feels sort of nice where it's rubbed in, but I won't know if it's working until I'm standing and doing things. That is when my pains usually begin. > > > > > > > > > > Dr. Carolyn Dean commented on magnesium in a post recently: > > > > > > > > > > http://drcarolyndean.com/tips?e=0065-1 & p=2061 in which she says, > > > > > > > > > > " As you may know by now, I don't limit my magnesium recommendations > > > > > to any one product or company.
