The Ancient Minerals website says there is no harm in using more mag oil. They

say if you put more on than you need, you just won't absorb it.

" Is there a maximum daily limit for using Ancient Minerals topically?

No. As mentioned before, the skin has a unique ability to self-regulate

absorption, and therefore overuse is of little concern. "

TY. I rubbed quite a bit in this morning, and I will do that for a few days and

see. It feels sort of nice where it's rubbed in, but I won't know if it's

working until I'm standing and doing things. That is when my pains usually

begin.
