Does anyone have any issues with severe seasonal allergies?

I have just started taking Cytomel after getting my adrenals and ferritin

straight. The last day or so I was fine, but today when I started taking Zyrtec

for my allergies, I got anxious and heart started racing etc...

Does anyone have suggestions about if or when you can take allergy meds while

taking Hydrocortizone and Cytomel?

Thanks

DENA

It sounds crazy, but going to a Gonstead-method chiropractor cured me of my

seasonal allergies. I'd been taking Claritin for YEARS and during the

spring/fall would sometimes have to add Zyrtec as well to keep them under

control. Although Zyrtec gave me insomnia, so I usually relied on Benedryl

during those times...even if it sometimes made me sleepy. But after going to

this chiro a few times, I was able to get off ALL allergy meds and haven't had

to take them since. It's been several months now :)
