question on T3 meds for my daughter

valerie...how do i know if i should continue to raise my daughter who is on 1grain NT and 40 mcg of T3 meds....we recently raised her from 35 to 40 of T3 (10,10,10,10) and she says she did not notice any particular difference when we did that..says she feels fine as far as she can tell..

....her basal temps look ok at around 98.1.....

so i dont know if we just sit at this level or try to raise another 5 as doctor has given us the meds to do so?? how does one decide when to keep raising or when to stop...
