What Dr. am I supposed to see?

My daughter Valeria is thirteen months and about to receive her second helmet. The first one she received at 8 mos and wore up to her 1st b-day. She currently receives PT once a week and this began at 5 mos. but I do not see any progress, her tilt is significant and she has only recovered a minimal amount of range of motion. My ped told me that PT is possibly not going to work for her and that she might need surgery and referred me to a plastic surgeon or an ear, nose and throat specialist. What kind of doctor does operations for torticollis, I would like to get an opinion from a specialist. I live in the Chicago metro area. -Frances
