Guest guest
Last evening my resting pulse rate skyrocketed to 108. It is usually 72--pounding--but 72. I immediately remembered the Salt Walter Cure, and stirred 1 t. Redmond's Real Salt in a tall glass of water. About 20 minutes later my pulse was down to 88, and 20 minutes after that back to 72. I've decided to add 1 t. sea salt to my morning and evening doses of ascorbic acid water. Perhaps taking it preemptively will keep my pulse getting that high again. Also, I'm giving in to my craving for bananas--a clear sign I'm craving potassium. I'm due at the end of July for an electrolyte panel, so I want to wait until then to take any potassium supplements. Any way, I thought I'd share my recent experience to encourage others to take their sea salt water! Oh, and a testimony to cortisol--Even though that high pulse rate was scary, I did NOT panic! Before HC, I'd have been calling 919 out of fear of imminent heart failure!
