Guest guest
Kate, I'm not sure if my urine testing showed that, but I had low intracellular levels confirmed while I was taking large amounts orally. I believe my doctor's comment was also in reference to my having lyme disease, but I can't recall the details as it as been awhile. No I have not tried topical magnesium. The injections are very inexpensive and it works so I'm not really looking for another way to supplement at this point. I am wondering right now if I am taking enough, but I can't get a RBC level here in Asia so it will have to wait. I've been on magnesium for several years, way before I figured out I probably had an RT3 problem. So I'm not aware of deficiency symptoms but anyway, it has always been very hard for me to tease out what symptom is from what because I have had multiple issues going on. Given all I have dealt with, I would have expected my adrenals to be in bad shape but with the help of a very good doctor who made sure to check all these things, I have done fairly well. I am now almost all the way off HC and close to optimized on T3. By the way, I also take all my B vitamins by injection, plus injections of glutathione. I'm sure this is another factor in my adrenals not being too bad. Sherry > > > > Just a comment that I take magnesium via intramuscular injection that I give myself. It does tend to sting a lot though. I suspect I don't absorb magnesium well because I have taken high amounts orally, but my doctor has also mentioned I have magnesium wasting. > > > > Sherry > > >

Guest guest
Thanks for the heads up! :-) I will continue with the oil, then. I actually think it's been helping me sleep better. Kathleen > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
