new problem - not sure what it is

Hi Val,

I had been doing very well lately but I think I may have uknowingly

overstressed. Anyway, I have had some strange symptoms lately and wanted to

see if you could tell me what might be happening. My skin was still a little

dry and my hair was falling out just a bit si I have been playing with my dose

of T3. I was hanging around 87.5 - 93.75 but recently have taken it back up to

100mcg. I have been fatigued in the morning...not bad but still tired.

Anyway, last night I took my bedtime dose. It was 10:30. Don't know why but I

checked my temps and I was at 99.1...at 10:30pm. Anyway, I grew very sleepy but

then within fifteen minutes my heart was racing and was beating very hard. I

got up and took 2.5mg of HC and witin the hour things had settled down. But

then I woke at 2am, went back to sleep but sort of restless and now I have been

up since 4am wide awake. Are these problems adrenal?? or am I possibly on too

much T3?? Feel fine right now and I haven not had the racing heartbeat in a

while. Sort of stumped. Oh, my basals have been sort of low lately as well

then the temps get higher in the afternoon.
