It might be a coincidence, if you stop T4 meds then suddenly you can convert better as the T4 levels decay, this happened a week in with me. Is it really hyper?? high temperature AND pulse?? I don't know if you're graphing your temps...if not, it might be worth doing. I am not sure this is your current issue, but it may be helpful to check adrenal status.
