First day with band. please give tips

Hello parents,

My little (7 months today) will be wearing his hanger helmet

starting this morning. I'm so nervous about it that I can't sleep.

No matter how prepared I think I am I still am not sure if I've gotten

ready for it. I'm mainly affraid of how uncomfortable he will be

although I've read that they will get use to it quickly. The ortho

have us directions for this first week as far as when long to wear the

band, but I wanted to know what others went thru their first week.

Please let me know how your first day and week went.
