Hi Mike: you may have seen it already, but here's our standard iron-raising

info: 150-200 mg elemental iron daily, taken divided doses, taken at the same

time as vitamin C to help absorption.

(The purpose of divided doses is to maximize absorption; I understand the body

can absorb only so much iron at one time.)

Many here have good results with bluebonnet iron bisglycinate, it seems to raise

iron well for many while not causing the digestive discomfort that some other

forms of iron do. Here's a link:

Other bisglycinates have gotten good reports, too, such as Solgar Gentle Iron.
