I am taking a supplement that contains ALA. I have read a few posts about how

ALA interferes with conversion of T4 to T3. Are there any problems taking ALA

with T3 only?

TIA, Aimee

I read the same thing. I got the impression it was ok to take it with T3. I understood it really interferes with the T4. I will be interested to hear what Val thinks.VeniziaSubject: ALA & T3To: RT3_T3 Date: Monday, June 28, 2010, 7:49 AM

How does that work with the sustained release ALA, would you take it twice a

day? My husband is trying to keep his glucose levels down and he takes 600mg in

am, but I like the sustained release.
