The basal is not included in the daily average. Daily average temp should

consist of three readings: 3 hours after waking, 3 hours after that, and 3

hours after that. Here's a link about this:

Graphing temps this way may help pinpoint what the cause of temps falling during

the day is: thyroid, adrenal, or both. If daily average daytimes temps are:

low but stable = hypothyroid

low and unstable = hypo + adrenal problem

unstable = adrenal problem.
