over the day..and feel ready to increase. I felt VERY hypo at first but have

been taking supplements and sea salt (based on great advice on this blog) that

have been tremendously helpful. I feel good, energetic and my temps have become

stable and slowly increasing. However, I have found that if I take t3 in the

evening I can't sleep even if I take melatonin and phophatidyl serine. That

seems really odd as many find that are taking t3 in the evening it has the

opposite effect. I'd appreciate any recommendations of what I should do to get

past this.

Yes, below are my cortisol lab results. I'm now at over 2 1/2 weeks of T3 and am up to 62 mcg a day. I feel better the more I increase the T3 except for nighttime. Whether I take it right before sleeping or earlier in the evening, I either have difficulty getting to sleep or wake up at 2 am or so even though I'm also taking melatonin and phophatidyl serine. As proscribed by my doctor, I've been using progesterone cream for the last 2 1/2 months to support my adrenals but it hasn't helped.

4.73 ng/ml at 8 am range of 3.5-6.3

2.10 ng/ml at Noon range of 1.4 - 2.8

2.15 ng/ml at 4 pm range of 0.8 - 2.4

1.30 ng/ml at 8 pm range of 0.6-1.61.41 ng/ml at midnight range of 0.3-1.22.39 ng/ml at 4 am range of 0.3-1.7

4.73 ng/ml at 8 am range of 3.5-6.3 Thsi is too LOW.

2.10 ng/ml at Noon range of 1.4 - 2.8 The low AM is causing a swing to

almost too high here

2.15 ng/ml at 4 pm range of 0.8 - 2.4 Thsi is a bit high and you head

into night time high levels.

1.30 ng/ml at 8 pm range of 0.6-1.6

1.41 ng/ml at midnight range of 0.3-1.2

2.39 ng/ml at 4 am range of 0.3-1.7

You do nto have perfect adrenals labs. I owuld suggest some Isocort in

the mornings. Probably 3 pelets at wake and 2 at lunch and see if you

dont;l feel a bit better.
