Val, what do you do about the pooling, or to know if you have it, you would have to have labs, correct? Sorry to interject here, but was interested. So far my temps are good and stable, and climbing as i increase, but I am raising ferritin, too, as I increase Cytomel. I'm on my 4th week, and at 56.25 mcg per day. Every so often my temps in the afternoon will go up to 98.8 or .9, but usually after I've been out in the yard or something. Is this ok?> I have read about this Pooling and was wondering if someone could explain to me what this is and what the symptoms would be.>> Thanks,> Ann>>>> ------------------------------------>> We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. Yayyyyy! Thanks so much! This is great to know about the temps! If they stay at 98.4 - 98.6 avg., and don't go down, does this indicate no pooling throughout the entire clearing process? (I'm going to write this down so I don't ask you again). :) > I have read about this Pooling and was wondering if someone could explain to me what this is and what the symptoms would be.>> Thanks,> Ann>>>> ------------ --------- --------- ------>> We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. > Val I do have higher temps due to low aldosterone. My morning temp was 98.6 at

10am. At 120 it is 99.6. I had taken one dose of the cytomel of 12.5mcg. What

does this tell you? Some days my temps do go that high even before being on the

Cytomel.

Val, can taking your hc and taking temps shortly afterwards show them up some? Like 99.0 or thereabouts? I don't have symptoms of low aldosterone...no sweating, low bp, dizziness, etc. I don't really think I have symptoms of high cortisol, either, though. I don't have hyper t symptoms, either, though. Confusing. Usually I will run 99.0 - 99.2 at some point during the day since I've been upping my Cytomel. The symptoms that I have are fatigue, some brain fog, breathing issues, and the horrible bloating I get sometimes. Does this say anything? Just want to be on the right track. > I have read about this Pooling and was wondering if someone could explain to me what this is and what the symptoms would be.>> Thanks,> Ann>>>> ------------ --------- --------- ------>> We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. They are back down to 98.7 in an hour or so. > I have read about this Pooling and was wondering if someone could explain to me what this is and what the symptoms would be.>> Thanks,> Ann>>>> ------------ --------- --------- ------>> We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. Then I would think you need ot use mid-dose tempos as it si affecting

them more than it should be, but this also indicates still an adrenal

issue as theat is not supposed to happoen. Once oy uget on a good dose

of HC the temp fluctuations shoudl stop.
