I just got some new labs that I would like input on. I was on 62.5 mcg cynomel

and Isocort 4-3-2-1 at the time of the test (no meds morning of blood draw).

Date of all is 06/14/10 unless otherwise noted.

Iron:

Iron, total: 160 (40-175 mcg/dL)

Iron binding capacity: 345 (250-450 mcg/dL)

% saturation: 46 (15-50%)

Ferritin: 72

Do these show inflammation or am I FINALLY getting this darn ferritin where it

needs to be? I was on 170mg EI daily for 4 months but iron fasted 5 days prior.

Electrolytes:

Sodium: 140 (135-146 mmol/L)

Potassium: 4.2 (3.5-5.3 mmol/L)

I had a CMP so I can post anything else that might be helpful. I am supping

1500 K-Dur and 1/2 t sea salt 2-3x daily. Anything I should change?

Thyroid:

TSH: 0.02 mIU/L

T3, free: 449 (230-420 pg/dL)

Incomplete, I know. Last reverse T3 on 04/06/10 was 95 (90-350 pg/ml) so I

should be well on my way to clearing that out. Last FT4 on 01/20/10 was 1.2

(0.8-1.8 ng/dl). Can the new labs tell anything?

Sex hormones:

Progesterone: 3.5 (3.3-26.0) **taken day before cycle started, 06/14/10

Estradiol: 92 (18-480 pg/ml) **01/20/10

Testosterone, total: 26 (2-45 ng/dL) **01/20/10

Testoterone, free: 2.4 (0.1-6.4 pg/mL) **01/20/10

Pregnenolone: 88 (7-188 ng/dL) **01/20/10

Progesterone has fallen from 21.1 (01/20/10) to 7.7 (04/06/10) to 3.5

(06/14/10). My doc has prescribed 100mg P but I stopped taking it after the

first month. Thoughts on these? I still have plenty of 100mg P and now some

150mg P on hand.

All help is appreciated!
