Guest guest
It would be a simple matter to test your electrolytes, and it might provide you with valuable information. My pulse is elevated after I eat, and I'm beginning to think that in my case, it indicates thyroid resistance. I don't have your previous posts before me, but I would make sure ferritin and cortisol are ok.AnnSent from my iPad I have been a runner for years.......until I started taking t3. It was just recently that I figured out, my high heart rate is making me feel so lously while running. My resting heart rate was always in the 60's and I was in good shape. Since taking the t3 my resting heart rate is around 90. My temps are finally getting there though. Is it the t3 or something like taking t3 the requires more of something like minerals. I have suspected elecrtolyes. Salt water helps a little, but not enough. I have potassium that I have tried. It might help a little too, but not enough . It's 10 meq. Is that a small replacement dose? This just doesn't happen when running. I also loose my breath when going up the stairs and it seems I am always trying to catch my breath in the morning.. It's driving me crazy. I know I need the t3. I think I am at an optimal dose, however, something is out of whack. I know it is not ferrittin. Just had those test. Waiting on saliva test too. I also believe it is worse before my period and then gets better as I begin menses. Another reason I feel it could be elecrtolytes. Please help! I feel unhealthy this way and I know I am not. I feel like it is something I could easily change if I just knew what the imbalance was. Thanks, S
