Guest guest
I'm feeling a lack of interest in my work, a bit bored, and kind of depressed. My temperature dropped from 98.0-98.2 (across 5 days) down to 97.7-97.9 over the last couple of days. Is this part of getting ramped up on T3 only and allowing the T3 to decay or is this due to tapering down my HC from a 50 mg stress dose? Last Thursday I switched from the combination NTH & T3 to T3 only (both on Val's recommendation) for RT3 problems. Since June 20 I've been tapering down from a 50 mg HC week-long stress dose by 5 mg every 3 to 4 days. I'm due to drop the additional 5 mg back to normal (30 mg HC) today, but didn't make the change because I needed to increase my T3 due to what I think are hypo symptoms. Is this part of the T3 adjustment or is this an indication at that I'm tapering too fast or too much? Thanks for your guidance. Guest guest
I would probably hold the 35mg HC for a bit longer til lyou get feeling more normal. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > I'm feeling a lack of interest in my work, a bit bored, and kind of depressed.
