Guest guest
Had some test ran. Does this tell anything: sodium 138 (135-145) potassium 4.5 (3.5-5.3) chloride 106 (98-109) co2 23 (22-31) anion gap 9 (5-16) renin 3.3 (adult with normal sodium intake 0.8-2.5) aldosterone/renin ratio pending aldosterone pending Thanks, S
Guest guest
Just that it is very likely you have very weak adrenals and low aldosterone. Lowish sodium and highish potasisum ( we pref sodium 144-145 and potassium 4.0-4.2 ) points ot low aldosterone. Thsi high renin also points to lwo aldosterone as it is asking the adrenals to produce more., http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ Had some test ran. Guest guest
Do you think the potassium is high? I think the lab values are a little different then most. I couldn't determine if this was good or low. Would you supplement potassium with these result? Dr. gave me script for 10meq thanks,s potassium 4.5 (3.5-5.3) hopefully I will be posed aldosterone tomorrow.
