Guest guest
Hi everyone, new kid on the block here. I have lab results from february in hand (the lab results from april my doc has not given me yet!!). I do not know how to figure out the ratio between my RT3 and my free T3 since the results are in different forms. Can anyone help me with this? free T4 1.66 RT3 391 Free T3 5.9 Ferritin serum 46 thyroid peroxidase (TPO Ab 5 Antithyroglobulin Ab <20 TSH 0.011 I was doing great with constant steady improvement on NDT and then in MArch I hit a wall and everything began to reverse itself. The weight started climbing and my fatigue was severe. I asked my doctor about going on T3 only back in April and he said that he didn't want to do that because my T3 was high. Can anyone help me interpret these numbers correctly? thank you, sharon
Guest guest
RT3 391 Free T3 5.9 Divide FT3 5900 by RT3 391 equals 15 which si too low. You need a ratio of at least 20 preferably higher. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://artisticgrooming.net/ > RT3 391 > Free T3 5.9 >

Guest guest
Yes you do have an RT3 issue.
