Quick remind After total removed of the Thyroid Gland due to Papillary Mix follicular Thyroid Cancer After stopping the medication Eltroxin / Levothyroxine that I'm taking for 20 years, I had to do all body scan for thyroid tissue, I stop the Eltroxin / Levothyroxine for 2 weeks, and comeback to take the medicine, it is 9 years after stopping the Eltroxin / Levothyroxine I have side effects feel very tired and not in balance, sometimes knacks in the head. The dosage per day 200mcg Eltroxin (synthetic substitute) What does it mean the high value result in the RT3 Concern the other blood test result ? And what do you recommended for further tests ? Blood Test Lab Result - 6.19.2010 TSH = 0.08 (0.40 - 2.50) µlU/mL Free T4 = 1.7 (0.9 - 1.8) ng/dL Free T3 = 2.35 (1.80 - 4.20) pg/ml RT3 = 59.6 (9.0 - 35) ng/dL Thyroid Peroxidase AB = small then 10 lU/ml TB-AB (Thyroid Block.Ab) = Undetectable Blood Test Lab Result From 5.5.2010 TSH – small then 0.03 mlU/l FT4 – 20.5 pmol/l (10.3-19.7) Prolactine – 45 mlU/l (45-375) LH – Luteinizing Hormone – 5 lU/l (1-9) FSH – 20.5 lU/l (1.4-18.1) Estradiol E2 Low – 33 pmol/l Testosterone total – 8.7 nmol/l (8.4-28.7) SHBG (sex hormone bind.glob) – 17.3 nmol/l (13-71) Testost Free calculated – 0.231 nmol/l Cortisol 8 am ( – 732 nmol/l (118-618) Somatomedin C (IGF-1) – 264 ng/ml (101-268) Growth hormone – smaller from 0.13 mlU/l Glucose ( – 79 mg/dl (70-100) HbA1C – 5.3 %total Hb (4-6) Urea ( – 32 mg/dl (17-43) Creatinine ( 0.7 mg/dl (0.67-1.17) Cholesterol – 271 mg/dl Triglycerides – 378 mg/dl (10-250) HDL – Cholesterol – 37.8 mg/dl Non – HDL Cholesterol – 233 mg/dl ALT (GPT) – 25 U/l Egfr - above 1.73m² 60 ml/min/ Thank You. I need to get the cytomel Is there away to buy Cynomel from Mexico by Grossman Labs, where can i order it from ? Can you assume that the convering process from T4 to T3 was injured ? SO everything I just wrote abotu Graves wil not apply exceopt one thing. You need ot stop T4 meds and switch to T3 onyl to clear out this excess RT3. You are nto convertinf T4 to T3 at all, it is all going to RT3 which is making oyu miserabel. The minute T4 gets above MIDRANGE ti causes RT3 to climb.
