RT3 once it's in place tends to be self sustaining, If you are on HC

this tends to indicate that you were out of balance at some stage and

that may have caused the RT3 that's now self sustaining

Sorry, just noticed your question.

I was a little bit nervous and jittery, so I switched the 100 mcg dose to pm,

and the 50 mcg to pm......SO much better.

I still have to take something to help me sleep.
