Guest guest
Baby acne does go away untreated--best thing we did was just keep face clean with a bit of water, and not overdue with baths. Guest guest
Hi Amy Lynn, Elise had real bad baby acne for the first 8 weeks and I did the same. I just washed her face with warm water and limited the baths. When I do bathe her I used Dove soap and her skin has turn out beautiful now.
