Got a prescription! - Dylan

Hi Everyone:

Thanks again for looking at my son's pics. My ped. gave me a referral and a

prescription to have Dylan get a helmet. She was very, very receptive.

And, she told me that she believes that Dylan's head will probably make a

" full recovery " . And, she would be happy to see how he looks with his

helmet at next month's appointment. I had spoken with her about it before,

but I didn't realize that it would be so easy!

She did say that she had recommended going to Riley (I live in Fort Wayne,

IN.) or St. 's hospitals for getting the band in the past. Indy is

about 2-3 hours way. But, she had seen just as good results from our local

provider. She did say that she liked Prevail (our local place) better than

any other provider, including Hanger. Hanger is located on the other side

of town. I am excited to see what these helmets look like and I will post

one when we get it. Maybe, they are similar to the others you have spoken

about. I hope it all goes well!

Anyway, thanks so much for your support. Just hope that our insurance sees

it our way!
