Just made them last night. 425 oven. Cut them into strips like FF and you are

supposed to toss them with olive oil - I just sprayed them with the spray.

Sprinkle salt and paprika. Bake until bottom is browned lightly. about 15

minutes. Flip and bake about another 10 minutes. Serve hot. Jimi

Does anyone have a recipe for fried (not) sweet potatoes ? I think you bake

them in the oven but... not sure.

It was such a comfort food yesterday. I was waiting for a phone call to tell me

my sister was out of surgery (removing her thyroid and trying to decide if it

was pre cancer or cancer). Had been on pins and needles all afternoon - with my

dad here (he is sick again and on steroids) and the daycare children going wild

with the weather change - I needed comfort food. I truly enjoyed them and felt

better - I had treated myself. Jimi
