350 degrees for 1 hour or so depending on recipe and what it states

for cook time

Spray inside with oil.

Cover one end w tin foil sprayed with oil (I have coated w rice flour

after spraying, this last time I forgot and still no issues of stick)

Stand on end covered, load with GF bread dough

Cover other end w/ foil sprayed w/ oil

Shake to center

Place in spot you use to rest and rise bread dough

Bake

After it cools just a few minutes, carefully hold glass with

potholders (I need to get those silicon ones for grip). Bread SLIDES

right out onto my cooling rack. Could not be easier.

Pampered Chef tubes bake up right if I'm not mistaken, my tubes that

are " like " PC stated to cook up right and it worked as well.
