I would be sure to read each brochure before changing insurance policies.

There is a section in each policy on how they deal with out of network services. I changed my insurance just prior to putting in for the procedure ... without reading and understanding that when they said Gastric Bypass Reduction was covered ... that it did not mean the DS was covered... just the RNY ---- call the insurance company to be sure ... before you change .. just my opinion based on my experience ...

Anita-

I have Great West, and yes, you'll have to travel. Dr in GA is

in-network, Dr Rabkins is in-network, & I'm not sure who else.. but I

think it'll be worth the hassle to get what you really want.. right?
