Hugs, Randie sunday's menu for Beth Goal: the 1800 calorie exchange program Breakfast: 1 egg 1 piece of bread, plain 1/2 cup of applesauce 1/2 cup of 2% milk Lunch: 2/3 cup spaghetti 1/4 cup tomato sauce 2 slices of lean turkey breast luncheon meat 4 oz fruit juice Snack: 1 cup of 2% milk 1 slice of toast with butter and jelly Dinner: Portions approximate 1 large chicken breast, around 5 or 6 oz 1 and 1/2 cup yellow squash, baked 2/3 - 1 cup rice 3 oz fruit juice more than 64 oz water One of my main concerns is being able to sleep through the night. Often I wake up and do mindlessly eating. In the past, I have found myself up eating and falling asleep while trying to feed myself. weird, huh?
