Question about bump/ridge on top of head

I have a question and I hope that someone has had the same issue and that it resolved itself. is about to graduate from her Docband next week and her head looks great. She does have a bump/ridge on the top of her head and we were told that it may or may not go away as her head grows.

Has anyone come across this? You don't see it but if you feel the top of her head you notice it. I know it isn't a big deal but I am a little freaked about it.
