I think opinions would vary on this. I know for Brachy our doc

recommends banding at 90% or higher (this says 93%). I would tend to

agree that 90% should be banded from my experience, and possible high

80's too.

Also I wanted to say thanks for posting the original mail. I just

realized my post sounds a little negative... didn't mean it to. I

think it is an interesting discussion.
