Hi all ..........thought I'd let you know how I am doing. I have gone to

the

bathroom on my own 3 different times but not lately and not consecutively.

Also, when I do go, I have no sensation in going. Mom still has to

straight-cath me. I am scheduled to go back to hospital

to the short surgical procedure unit to have the Urodynamics test done.

Hopefully, this test will explain my problem. The actual Urologist is doing

this test so I hope we know answers then.

I have been trying to sit up more as the doctor suggested, but find it hard

to do

because I get dizzy. Mom has been putting me in the lounge chair at about

70 degrees off and on in the day. When I sit at 90 degrees in my

wheelchair,

I feel dizzy and my butt hurts!

On a lighter note, children from church came to visit me on Saturday. At the

Wednesday night 7-11 service, I take care of the children while the pastor

gives the sermon. The children have really missed me. Some more of

them are suppose to come visit some time this week. Mom

made cupcakes in ice cream cones and that was a hit. I showed them a

Disney video. They asked me all sorts of questions........my bedroom looks

like a hospital room LOL

Tomorrow, two of the kids from work are doing a field trip to Esther's house

LOL. , my boss, is going to be bringing two children every week for a

field trip.....cracks me up.....field trip to my house?? hehehee

Gail, the home health aid, has returned this past week but I still want my

Mom.

Hope all is going well with all of you. Good luck on that WC report,

sorry to hear about that doctor's visit.

Has anyone heard how Beverly is doing? She should be home by now.
