Questions for the Women on SB

Today is the start of my 6th day on SB. This week I have lost 3.5

lbs. It's not like I have a lot to loose. If I could loose 10 lbs I

would be happy, 15 lbs I would be jumping for joy. I have not cheated

at all. This morning I woke up with that time of the month. I am very

concerned about my cravings for chocolate and the constant hunger I

have at this time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Since it is the weekend and I will be home I am considering putting

plywood over the kitchen entrance but I don't think my husband would

appreciate that. Thanks.

Eat anything you want from the list of foods to enjoy, look up new

recipes for things you might like. The bean cake would be good, also no

sugar added fudgesicles for the chocolate cravings. You could also make

the ricotta desserts chocolaty or use plain low fat yogurt instead of

the ricotta with some cocoa powder and sugar substitute or something

like that. :) Carol

You retain fluids around the time of the month, so that is probably

why you didn't lose more. A week from now, you will probably show

some more loss. And hopefully, that will stop the cravings, too.
