GHP -aka God Help the Patient

My husband wanted me to ask if anyone has ever had success with

getting GHP to cover these things? They said that they are considered

plastic surgery and therefore not covered.

Our insurance united healthcare ny covered 50% off the bat but we are fighting for more. They called it a medical supply. I never heard of it called plastic surgery? Ask them for more info what constitutes plastic surgery as your son or daughter is not having any traditional surgery. I would ask to speak to a supervisor.
