Thank you Gloria!!! Glad to hear you're going to start spending more time

on some of your interests (painting & poetry). Can't wait to see/hear some

of it. Keep taking care of yourself! Sounds like you're making some great

progress already!

You two did an AWESOME job and should be very proud of your efforts. It

was appropriate that you were in front of the door as you have sent the

old Bodys out and let the new Bodys in.

Walt.

Sara: Absolutely a Beautiful transformation!! The best 40th

birthday gift. Congrats on reaching your goals.

I forgot another good stretch. Don't forget the quads too. Lunge

stretches are great and also grab one foot and pull it up behind you-

hold that stretch.

Happy 40th Birthday to you.

Sara:

So I took a look at your pics and 3 words came to mind:

OH ... MY ... GOD!!!

You've done SO well. You must be so incredibly proud of yourself! I

suspect that you hit your goal - and then kicked it up to knotches

unknown to man!!!

Congratulations!!!

All of you.....thank you so much for the positive messages about my

pictures. I am proud of the work I've done and appreciate the encouragement

I get from y'all. Before I started BFL, I wanted to look like this but I

had absolutely NO IDEA how to do it. I was in the gym more than I am now

getting barely any results. When I saw the before/afters of all those

people, I knew I had hit upon the right thing. I had no idea how much it

would change me - physically and emotionally. It's been a great 6 months,

for sure.

Thanks again,

Sara

**HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!!**

(Okay...that was my gratuitous plug for THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WHOLE WIDE

WORLD)

...you look fantabulous!! Really dahling...you MUST tell us what

you've been eating!!!! How DO you do it????

I'm still not sure of Operation Normal Human Arms. I thought that they

looked awesome before (you're the reason why I kill myself on Bicep

day)...but I guess you aiming for a human arm makes my goal of having YOUR

arms a wee bit more attainable!!!

i have always wanted short hair and have told anyone who would listen

that I have to be thin in order to have hair above my shoulders. The

idea of having shorter hair has been haunting me as I do wash my hair

everyday (too many 10's thus loads of sweat). I am not thin yet (as

per my standards) but have been looking through magazines to see if I

can see anything for future reference. I have this pact with my

hairdresser that she gets to take off 2inches for every 14 pounds

which she has done twice now. I am 2 pounds away from my third

haircut and 4inches from my short haircut. Thought I'd share that.

Was going to say nice haircut, but went off on a tangent

instead.

I agree, , the haircut is perfect. I cut my hair yesterday to

just the bottom of my neck, but mine is perfectly straight and

blonde and fine, it looks like baby hair again. I remember when

Stace cut and colored her hair, it made her whole face radiate!

LOVED LOVED LOVED your pictures!! Thanks for sharing.

Did you say you live in the Salem, Oregon area? I visit my parents in

Albany all the time. Maybe some day we can have a cup of coffe....no,

maybe tea together and discuss our bandings.

Eileen,

I live in Dallas, Oregon which is about 10 miles from Salem. It would be great to meet up with you sometime. Sounds like a blast and I do have to agree decaf hot tea would be best lol.

Very pretty, !

Today it's snowing AGAIN here and looking not unlike in your photos.

I'm really longing for spring now and sick of landing in the ditch all the time on my small slippery country road. Happened again Friday on our way to our aunt's birthday party. Luckily, the local farmer doesn't mind pulling me up with his tractor for a small fee. But still rather embarrassing and inconvenient.

(Next time I switch cars I'll have to consider a 4WD.)

New Pictures

I have just posted a few new pictures. Some were taken a few weeks ago during what littel snow we had here this yard. The other is of a squirrel that I took a couple of days ago.

Inger,

Thanks. A dusting is all that we had this year, not that that bothers me. In years past we have had a foot or more of snow which was a real bother. As it is, this little bit that we got was enough to cause many accidents because so many people drive like fools to begin with and the snow only makes them worse.

If the mums and other flowers come in this year I'll take some pictures of them later. Most of the mums made it through the winter, but the rabbits got a few of them when they started growing again this year. I've got some repellant out there around the others though and hopefully that will keep the buggers away from the rest.

--- Beautiful pictures . I love to see the snow on trees and

bushes. We went to the Ga mountains in Feb and it snowed a few

inches. It was gorgeous. The kind of snow I like. It's pretty, you

take pictures and it melts and goes away. :)
