Guest guest
, you look so amazing! Way to go girl! You have almost lost a 100 lbs, that is such a huge accomplishmemt!! :-) You are so beautiful and you have come so far, i am so proud of your success! :- ) You inspire us!! keep it up, you are almost to " onderland " !!! :-) hugs, > > Hi Bandsters, > > I just want to share with everyone, that I am now in a size 14- 16 and 95 lbs are gone for good. I have posted new pictures. New bandsters be patient the lbs will melt right off. Watch the sugar intake and food portions, make good choices and I promise the lbs will fall right off. I am not a person that likes to exercise, but one in a while I do sit ups and leg lifts, other than that I don't get much in. I think if I would make the time to get some exercise in I would definitely be alto lighter. I feel great. I have 5 lbs to be under 200 and I'm hoping I hit that soon. I've been 204-205 for the last couple of weeks and I think I hit a plateau but, it's okay I know my body is just adjusting and once it adjusts my weight will began to come off again. Next month will be a year since I got my band and I remember being so impatient. I thought right out of surgery I was just going to be this skinny little thing, but everyone on board, like the old bandsters , > Dana, Kelli, Jenni and a few others put me on check and told me to be patient, we didn't put the weight on over night and the weight was not going to come off over night. We need to work with our bands and make better choices. If the weight isn't coming off, then there might be something that you are eating and shouldn't be and if you are making good choices than sit back and wait, it will come off. You can go on my sight and see before and after pictures of me. Life is great with the band. > > Michel > 299,205,165 > 1 fill > 1 unfill > 1 fill > currently have .7CC in band > > > Michel > > > --------------------------------- > Be a better Heartthrob. Guest guest
I just have to say I am in Awe of what this band has done for me. I could have never done this alone. Cheryl I wish I was able to meet you while I was in Mexico but my surgery went so well I left a day early :~) I can't tell you that I have done anything special on my quest to be healthy only that I learned to stop when my band told me to stop. I try to do as much as I can to get exercise but with a back injury I can not do much running or sit ups Swimming is the best for me. The more I loose the more I can do I feel sometimes I am almost back to normal but I'm still not going to try and run. The band is not a tool that you play with!! you use it right or the job will never get done!!! I wish you luck...... cb495079 <cherylbeck@...> wrote: >> I will say it a million times I love my band!!! My pictures tell itall.... Shape in your own image. Join our Network Research Panel today! Guest guest
hay take alook at allysann new pictures so cute also has anyone's child had redness that will not go away in hour when the helmet is taken off cubie momma to allysann age 8 months and 2 weeks into the helmet for plagio & brachy
Guest guest
I like the decorations on her helmet. My daughter has had 2 instances where red spots did not fade away after an hour. In one case we had to adjust our expectations for what amount of red or pink was acceptable after an hour because her skin is sensitive and seems to take more time to adjust. In another instance the spot was really red two times after an hour and she needed an adjustment of the helmet. It helped us to take pictures of spots right when we took it off and in 15 minute increments. We took these photos with us to the orthotist so he could better understand what we were seeing. Good luck.mom to Norah, 8 months, in Starband for 6 weeks
Guest guest
No, but I have heard of others...I would call your band provider as she probably needs an adjustment sooner than the next " scheduled " time. > > hay take alook at allysann new pictures so cute > > also has anyone's child had redness that will not go away in hour when > the helmet is taken off > > > > cubie > momma to allysann age 8 months and 2 weeks into the helmet for plagio & > brachy >
