HELP! Indpendent Evauluations- s vs Bancroft

I need your help!

I filed for due process and we had a mediation hearing

9/29. I'm looking to get 1. reimbursed 2. extended

school day. Of course my district said 1. no 2. no

BUT we did all agree to get comprehensive independent

evaluations done (everything from OT/SI to Speech

w/oral motor) I've already gone to see the best

people around but of course these guys are jerking me

around and stalling, but I'll fight them all the way.

The mediator said even if we went in front of a judge,

they would still recommend independent eval's. We

agreed to either s or Bankcroft. I think i'm

leaning towards s but I think the district was

leaning towards Bancroft. Any input from this group?

Can you let me know if anybody used any of these

organizations? We already used Eden for 2 other

reports so I don't know if we can use them again ( to

be truly independent). Or is there any other

institute where we could go? I know the hospitals can

do this but we want an educators' recommendations.
