Welcome to the group. It does sound like her plagio is about 23 mm.

This is severe, but not unheard of. I would make sure you are working

with a good ortho or clinician to get maximum correction. Also you

many end up with multiple bands. I would try to band as quickly as

possible, since she's at a good age.

Thanks for the quick answer ! We are banding on Friday the

25th. She was cast on Tuesday the 15th. It seems as though my

orthotist really wants to get a jump on this. She is going to be

using the Starband Bivalve because of some protruded areas on her

face. Thank you for the kind words and I'm glad to hear that she

isn't a lost cause!
