I'm positive. I ate it only with plain steamed veggies. I did use Trader Joes vegetable broth to cook it in. I've been using that broth for a long time without a problem. I know others have had problems with their chicken broth (I believe, I don't eat chicken so I don't remember for sure), but there aren't even any questionable ingredients in the veggie broth, only veggies. No flavorings etc.

Like I said though, I have had it in 's Gone Crackers and been fine, possibly other things too that I can't remember now. It could have been that particular brand, or I just have an intolerance to it in anything besides small quantities. All I know is that I will not be subsituting it for rice again. It wasn't even that good.

Molly ---Are you sure that it was the quinoa and not something else?I am almost certain that there is no cross-contamination with quinoa

Hi Molly. I'm sorry that you had a problem with TJ's quinoa. I eat

it all the time and never had a problem. I've gone through 4 lbs in

the past 6 weeks.
