Thnx for salt water reminder. I am due for more.

Do you think I should take my next dose of T3 now as I have only taken 1 dose

all day of 20 mcg or should I skip that dose & just take 3rd dose as I normally

would?

Do you think it is better for me to do 4 x a day dosing or 5 x a day dosing?

Gotcha. My naturapath had recommmended the no red meat. I guess I will start

eating it again. I want to get this ferritin bk up & staying up.
