Do I need adrenal support? Taking T3 only

NICK or VAL---I get candida I feel from Hydrocortisone.

But beacause I get no tissue stimulation from t3 and by that i mean...

NO FAST HEART BEAT, No temps rising, no breaking a sweat, no energy rush.

Because of that do you think I need to go back on HC???

HOW CAN I GET THYROID HORMONE INTO MY CELLS.? I think something like the

candida is blocking it or something is. please reply
