Lulu,

My vaginal discharge is full of white cells as well - basically, the

more white cells there are, the more inflammation you have. I have this

discharge due to lichen planus. Unlike lichen sclerosus, lichen planus

affects the vulva AND the vagina, causing internal inflammation. So you

may have LP?
