Thank you. I'm not on cortisol yet. But, I have dropped my AT from 90

mg. to 60 mg. a day on the advice of my nutritionist. It has certainly

helped in my having much less anxiousness and irregular heartbeats

--what a relief! I have also been sleeping better.

In your opinion, would you try upping it to 75 mg.?
