Guest guest
, I too am a big baby about those ADEK's. I have read several posts saying that they must be chewed, but I have been swallowing them whole. I just got the results of my 3 month blood tests and my vitamin levels were good. In fact my vitamin D was a little high. So I guess for me chewing isn't necessary. Sheila, I also was unable to keep protein supplements down, so I have really concentrated on eating protein first. My protein levels were also good. So while I realize that some surgeons recommend supplements (like yours and mine) some don't. Don't sweat it, just focus on eating high protein at every meal and it will resolve itself. The only problem with my blood test was a high bilirubin reading. Anyone know what that means or a cause? Dr Herron ordered a second test and we will discuss the results in a week or so. Hugs, Vickie Hewitt West Chester/Exton PA Aetna USHC PPO approved me the day it was submitted.
