Guest guest
Kathleen, I appreciate your time and answers. I am pretty sure I don't need more HC and I know exactly what you mean by the panicky feeling which is always a clue that I need more. Actually, any time I just feel " needy " I know I need more. I experimented by going up on the T3 which was a mistake as I woke at 3:30 and couldn't go back to sleep the rest of the night, so it must be pooling. I will back down to a lower dose. In regard to lyme or EBV, as far as I know it has never been tested. But then I could not even get RT3 tested here at this " good " university medical school. What tests do you do for that? Aldosterone was 15 a year ago, and the flashlight test reveals a problem. There are so many intertwined factors in these endocrine issues. My daily averages range from 98.0 to 98.1 and basals are 97.7 to 97.9. A year ago, I had an aldosterone test and it was 15, but I recently did the flashlight test, which I fail. I am not quite sure what to do. Last week, I had raised up to 137 and all it did was cause adrenal stress. My last ferritin was 100 and the saturation was 37% so it wasn't falsely elevated. > > > > > > > > I am stumped as to what to do. I will try to raise slowly again and see, but you would think that my temps would rise slowly. The only time they seem to get up is if I am working, which obviously I do not have it to be able to be active all day. > > > > > > > > I did try decreasing my T3 dose and that was the wrong way to go as temps really dropped into the low 97s. > > > > > > > > Thanks for any help, > > > > Deb in MI > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Nick Thank you for responding. I went up a 1/4 tab to 112.5 mcg 4 days ago and so far I feel more tired and my temps are still hanging around at 97.9-98. Is it normal to feel MORE TIRED at first when increasing cynomel? When should I increase again? Heidi > > >My April FT3 on 87.5 mcg. was lower at 3.8 than my February FT3 at 4.21 on 75 mcg. My iron panel looked good and I am also gluten-free. And I am on one tab florinef. > > > > Maybe your body is getting more through to the cells with adrenals and > iron behaving and you need more T3 still > > Nick > > -- > > for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to > > www.thyroid-rt3.com >
Guest guest
I increased HC to 45 and my temps are barely stable at 97.9-98.1. I tried splitting T3 into 5 doses instead of 4 per your advice to Deb, I'll see how it goes.
