Guest guest
My lovely endo had me on 45mcg of cytomel at one point and couldn't figure out why I was so tired and depressed.... Needless to say I self treat now... I am in NJ as well. There are NO good endo's here that I have found. I went through 7. Let me know if you have any other questions Kitty To: RT3_T3 Sent: Wed, June 2, 2010 5:47:40 PMSubject: Re: Re: bump t o anyone! Hyper symptoms/normal labs?? Thanks, Kitty for that info. I have saved it for later reference. I appreciate your input very much. I just talked to a man in NJ who recently had thyroid removed, and he's having a real hard time of it. They just stuck him on 125 mcg Cytomel once a day, and let him go. I told him he needs to check his ferritin levels, b12, etc. I hope he will do so. I feel so badly for all of us who have to suffer this mess. Any other info. you see fit to share, appreciated! From: jlrose448 <jlrose448 (AT) yahoo (DOT) com>Subject: Re: bump t o anyone! However, my labs are coming back WNL---T3 252, T4 1.2. My ferritin is also very low at 12. Could this be causing me to not be able to use my synthroid? I went to a hematologist who is going to give me iv iron therapy for five days to see if this helps...Anyone with insite?> This all started after a drastic blood loss event 13 weeks ago. Prior to this I have never had any problems. MY RT3 was 33 approx 5 weeks ago as well.>
