I just want to add the Life Extension Foundation (www.lef.org) test:

Retail (non-member) price: $73.33 each

Member price: $41.25 each

Membership is $75 a year -- but when you renew your membership, you get a credit

for $95 of products (vitamins, but not blood tests, apparently). They mail you a

lab order, and a list of several local labs, where you go to have the blood

drawn. THey mail the results back to you, and a copy to your M.D. if you so

direct.
