Guest guest
Cheryl, Please be careful. I am *not* sure about this full list. I have looked at their ingredient books on numerous occasions. And the soups extensively...they are *NOT* GF. I have wanted to have the soups...so *something* isn't right, either this list or the list at the stores. I sure would love to eat something besides the Caesar salad every time I go...and there were also most of the salads that were *not* GF as well. They actually BROKE two rolls OVER my fruit salad a few weeks ago...I was NOT happy! I took everyones food back to the table, then went back and asked "what are those things on my fruit?"...and he said, "oh, looks like someone broke a few rolls over it is all, nothing to worry about." I said, "IS ALL?? Nothing to worry about? For me, that is three days of illness! lost days! and who knows what else...(and for emphasis, it *could* KILL me.) I was very clear about NO GLUTEN on ANYTHING...including new gloves. This is not something to be taken lightly it is a very serious issue." Of course I said this very rationally. He got it. Even smiled...whether he wanted to or not. That said? I will go back again. I love that place! Want to meet me there Cheryl? (also in Maine) (for those of you wondering, I met Cheryl through this group...and we had lunch at a local place, O'Naturals. They have a GF menu (they make their own bread too, but provide rice bread for GF requests) They are just now going national...they went public earlier this year and 4 new franchises will be open by the end of the year...they had 800 requests to start franchises (VERY quickly) ... at a million dollars each to start one. So keep your eye out for one! ~~~~ From: "Cheryl Segal" cherbear@...From: "Sam" To: cherbear@...GLUTEN FREE LIST - Panera Bread ****Although we do our very best to meet your special requirements, we cannot rule out the possibility of cross contact between these items and gluten-containing foods in our bakery-café.Salads: (including the salad dressing)(source of modified food starch is corn)Greek SaladFandango SaladCaesar Salad (without croutons)Asian Sesame Chicken Salad (without Won Ton noodles)Classic Cafe' SaladStrawberry Poppyseed SaladStrawberry Poppyseed Salad with ChickenBistro Steak SaladFuji Apple Chicken SaladSoups:Moroccan Tomato LentilSanta Fe Roasted CornVegetable and Sirloin BeefVegetarian Black BeanVegetarian LentilMesa Bean & VegetableCuban Black Bean SoupSalad Dressings:Balsamic VinaigretteCaesarGreekPoppyseedRaspberry VinaigretteAsian Sesame VinaigretteWhite Balsamic VinaigretteBeverages:CoffeeJuice, both apple and orangeLemonadeMilkSoda, fountain and bottledTea, regular and Chai TeaAll lattes IC Honeydew
