Guest guest
If you want a definite diagnosis, you would have to start eating gluten again for a couple months. However, if you feel soooo much better on the GF diet, you could always opt for gene testing. If you have the gene and you feel better on the diet, would you still want to go through the pain of eating gluten to become diagnosed? It is completely a personal choice. Many people want the official diagnosis, while others say why bother if I know I feel so much better on the GF diet. I was diagnosed before the age of 2yrs and dont remember any of the trauma nor the biopsies(I had 4). So I'm not sure what I would do now as a grown adult if I were in your situation. Glad you feel better now! Good luck with your decision! :-) > > Hello all, > I've been GF for about 2 months now.
